… and much, much more.

It took me two years to realize I had developed imposter syndrome. For so long, I wasn’t even aware of the distorted psyche driving my thoughts and behaviors. I believed that working harder, chasing perfection, and seeking approval were solutions—but they only deepened my struggles, trapping me under a mask of self-doubt and fear.
When my health hit rock bottom, it was a wake-up call I couldn’t ignore. Determined to understand how I got to that point, I studied the science behind imposter syndrome, sought expert insights, and even returned to university to earn my bachelor’s degree in psychology. This book draws from that journey, blending science-backed research with personal experiences to offer practical tools for overcoming imposter syndrome.
I wrote this book because I don’t want you to wait for a crisis to take action. My hope is that by sharing what I’ve learned, you’ll be empowered to break free from the grip of imposter syndrome, embrace your true self, and live a life of confidence, authenticity, and fulfillment.

Coline Monsarrat

What reviewers are saying

“By being able to marry the personal with the professional, Monsarrat is able to create something compelling concurrently on an intellectual and emotive set of levels. There’s never the sense of there having to be a tradeoff of one with the other, and because of that the messaging of the book is that much stronger. Monsarrat treads a fine line here, one that is very easy to cross to the detriment of the presentational and communicative qualities. But because she’s able to make the emotional a good analogy for the statistically-backed, there’s never a hiccup in this regard overwhelming the ship.”

“I could feel how passionate she is in relaying her experiences to create awareness and keep our attention. The inclusion of citations to other researchers’ and authors’ work throughout the book is evidence the author took time to do thorough research in providing reliable data for those wanting to do further reading. By citing other people’s work, she proves herself as a noble and selfless person full of love and goodwill toward others.”

Raders Favorite
“I related so strongly to this author and her story. She does a fabulous job of sharing her experiences and, by doing so, shines a bright light on Imposter Syndrome so that others can benefit. This book is well-researched and full of solid, well-documented references; however, Monsarrat does a great job of weaving her story into the pages so that it’s not a dry, academic tome.”
